Hello, thank you for checking out V1 Fitness! I am sure you have visited my site first and foremost in curiosity as to what V1 EVEN MEANS?!   Welllllll... being a pilot and fitness fanatic, I decided to combine my two loves into one:

V1 (Velocity speed 1) is the decision speed which the takeoff should no longer be aborted: It can be said that V1 is the "commit to fly" speed.



Most people lack the discipline or ability to just commit to fitness. It’s always, “new year’s I will start my diet... I will start next week. . . .  tomorrow is the day to get fit...” and... it never happens. Tomorrow turns into weeks, weeks into months, and months into years. why? All because we lack the COMMITMENT. Our bodies do not change overnight, and if they did you would not be reading this! Believe me, I know it is not easy, but I do know it is possible. For everyone. I would love to help you get there. I will guide you and put you on the right path, but I need you to do one thing... Decide to COMMIT.... be strong, stronger and louder than your inner voice telling you “maybe tomorrow” --  Let this be your V1 speed. Don’t think, just do.
